  • Security Update: All data centers have been converted to BioMetric vestibule entry. Please call the NOC on the intercom to start the one-time 5 minute registration process. If you have already registered, you do not have to do so again. Your one-time registration will work at all data centers. Thank you for your patience.

  • Upcoming Portal Upgrade: Product requests will be limited to Cross Connects. Cross Connects will support switches and shared panels. Changes will be made to the Online Help and more information about product requests.
